The individual therapy I offer is online, flexible, and focused on helping you achieve what you hope to gain from counselling within an agreed timeframe. Whether you're looking for short-term support or longer-term exploration, I provide a consistent, compassionate presence to help you navigate your journey and create meaningful change.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy offers a dedicated space for partners to explore their relationship dynamics, enhance communication, and navigate challenges with greater understanding and empathy. Whether you're facing conflict, disconnection, or issues around trust and intimacy, I support couples in identifying patterns, uncovering underlying needs, and fostering deeper emotional connection.
Drawing from my training in psychosexual and couples therapy, I help you address both emotional and physical aspects of the relationship, including difficulties with intimacy, desire, and sexual compatibility. Through tailored therapeutic work, I provide practical tools and insights to help you rebuild trust, improve communication, and develop healthier ways of relating. My goal is to support you in creating a more connected, respectful, and fulfilling partnership.
